SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our Sweat & Slay products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean that your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on www.sweatandslay.com are subject to a 3-5 business day processing window prior to shipment. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 7 - 10 Business Days. Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
- Domestic 🇺🇸 7-10 Business Days
- International 🌎 12-18 Business Days
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Note: Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable. All our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit the link provided in your tracking email. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please refer back to your email. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at support@sweatandslay.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
8. Shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
